- Transition Sooke Added 2017-07-31★ ★ ★ ★ ★Beyond words (but I'll try). Truly remarkable teachers who have trained in a variety of yogic disciplines (Hatha, Therapeutic, Kundalini, Ajna, martial arts, Ashtanga and Tai Chi included) while also being grounded in the fullness of Classical Yoga's eight limbs. Lovely studio space with views of the ocean and Sooke hills. Generous collection of props, mats, wooden dowels, therapy balls and cotton/wool blankets. GREAT and welcoming community of practitioners. We are fortunate indeed to have such a refuge and practice space in our small seaside town. Gratitude!
